Order Confirmation

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or fraud prevention.

 

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes (where mentioned).
• Payment must be completed at the time of order through the available payment methods.
• Prices may change without prior notice.

 

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on your location and selected shipping method.
• Ehaz Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchange Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
   ✔️ Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
   ✔️ Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
