Returns
- Return Window: 10 days from the date of delivery.

Returnable Items: Unstitched salwar suits can be returned if you're not satisfied.

Non-Returnable Items: Stitched and custom-stitched products are generally non-returnable, except in cases of stitching mistakes that don't match the provided measurements.
- Defective Pieces: Returns are accepted for defective pieces, provided a proper opening video is submitted, showcasing the defect and including the outer courier cover.
Return Process
- Raise a return request on the same day as delivery.
- Ensure the product reaches us within the specified timeframe with a 360-degree parcel opening video.
- The product must be in its original condition with brand tag, price tag, and all original packaging intact.
Refund
- Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit (Fashion Station Wallet).
- Store credit will be credited within 2-3 business days.
- The credit can be used to place new orders.
Important
- Return cost is borne by the customer.
- A clear, unedited video is essential for processing returns.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products that don't meet personal expectations regarding color, fabric, or design variations.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original packaging, tags, or with missing contents.
