At Ehaz collection, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Here's our returns and refunds policy:

Returns

  • Return Window: 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returnable Items: Unstitched salwar suits can be returned if you're not satisfied.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Stitched and custom-stitched products are generally non-returnable, except in cases of stitching mistakes that don't match the provided measurements.
  • Defective Pieces: Returns are accepted for defective pieces, provided a proper opening video is submitted, showcasing the defect and including the outer courier cover.

Return Process

  • Raise a return request on the same day as delivery.
  • Ensure the product reaches us within the specified timeframe with a 360-degree parcel opening video.
  • The product must be in its original condition with brand tag, price tag, and all original packaging intact.

Refund

  • Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit (Fashion Station Wallet).
  •  Store credit will be credited within 2-3 business days.
  •  The credit can be used to place new orders.

Important

  • Return cost is borne by the customer.
  •  A clear, unedited video is essential for processing returns.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
        - Products that don't meet personal expectations regarding color, fabric, or design variations.
        - Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
        - Products without original packaging, tags, or with missing contents.
